If your guitar is still covered by our warranty, please contact your Chapman dealer. They should be able to help. However, if for any reason you do need to speak to us directly please do so HERE.

Do you have wiring diagrams?

We’ve included wiring diagrams for all guitars on the relevant guitars pages. Find your guitar HERE. If your guitar isn’t listed, then please email HERE letting us know the model and serial number.

Can i order a custom guitar?

We do offer a custom shop, but are limited to a specific model known as the ML1 X (an HSS guitar). We’ll produce a blog soon on how to order but in the meantime, if you are interested you can email HERE.
